OVERVIEW Oscilar is hiring a Founding Growth Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, growth, and GTM systems. You will be responsible for building the systems that enable our team to identify high-propensity accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and drive measurable revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and VP of Marketing, and partner cross-functionally with AI Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.

YOU'LL DO - Design and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems - Integrate systems across Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms - Build internal tools that significantly improve BDR and AE productivity - Develop systems for account prioritization, routing, and orchestration - Enable AI-native workflows by building high-quality structured data pipelines - Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to translate GTM strategy into systems - Continuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure
