Video & Streaming Technologies to shape and drive our global technical training strategy, and deliver high-impact learning experiences to both our teams and customers. Role Overview As a Technical Training Expert , you will play a key role in shaping how our teams and customers master cutting-edge video and cloud solutions. Reporting to the VP of Field Operations , you will define the company's technical training strategy and negotiate the content roadmap with regional operations directors, sales directors, and customers. As an expert in video delivery and microservices, you will design and deliver both in-person and online training programs for our customers and Ateme employees. This role also requires a commitment to continuous learning, staying up to date with OTT and broadcast technologies, obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications, and conducting ongoing technology watch to stay informed about major evolutions in the video industry.
