Executive Briefing Coordinator Location Dublin

The role We are looking for an Executive Briefing Coordinator to join a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation, supporting the Executive Programs team. In this role, you will use strong project management skills and close attention to detail to partner with internal teams and create tailored, high-quality experiences for users, prospects, sales teams, executives, and subject matter experts across regional Executive Briefing Centers. You will manage day-to-day Executive Programs activity, ensuring sessions are planned, scheduled, and executed effectively. This role is suited to a proactive, organised self-starter who inspires confidence and understands the sales environment. Responsibilities/Role Specific Context Partner with the Executive Programs Team, Executive Briefing Manager, and account teams to design and develop personalised briefings for users and prospects. Build assets and resources needed to support successful briefings. Schedule and confirm discussion leaders, executives, and preparation calls. Create key briefing resources, including briefing documents and content folders. Act as a point of contact for Sales teams on briefing confirmation and planning. Track and update Executive Programs data across relevant tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite, including Drive, Mail, and Calendar. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
